Takht Movie 2020 Details – Karan Johar is coming up with his next venture titled “Takht” whose posters are revealed by himself on social media platforms. Movie stars Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Bhumi Pednekar, Jhanvi Kapoor and Anil Kapoor. The director proudly announced his next directorial along with his lead cast.

Takht will be a period drama movie and while sharing the posters he wrote, “An incredible story embedded in history…An epic battle for the majestic Mughal throne…A story of a family, of ambition, of greed, of betrayal, of love & of succession…TAKHT is about WAR for LOVE….”.
After ‘Bajirao Mastaani’ and ‘Padmaavat’, this will be the third periodic movie of Ranveer Singh. We can’t wait to watch him in yet another historical film!. The plot of the revolves around the battle for the throne of the Mughal empire.
Takht movie is scheduled to hit cinema theaters in 2020. Hussain Haidry has written the dialogues of the movie while the screenplay is by Sumit Roy.
Karan Johar last helmed Ranbir Kapoor, Anushka Sharma and Aishwarya Rai starrer Ae Dil Hai Mushkil.
