The movie got released on Wednesday, Independence Day. Alongside Gold also managed to earn ₹ 25.25 cr on its first day. Both movies got a decent opening with high screen count.

Both movies got a positive review from analysts on day one which leads to addition in the box office collation. On the second day i.e Thursday Satyameva Jayate box office collection of Rs 16.7 cr in India. Single screen power has shown a sudden rise at the box office this year. Some movies are made for multiplex like Gold but movies like Satyamev Jayate make single screen audience excited.
National holiday paid off for both Bollywood release this week. Akshay and John face to face made more than 40 cr at the net box office collection. This was one of the best days when it comes to collection. High occupancy on day one made cinemas owners happy as well. It is not often when both more run equally on day one.

According to Box Office India, Satyameva Jayate movie got less number of screens as compared to Gold but still manage to collect the good amount. On day three movie collected good amount as well.
