In this modern milieu, people love to eat fast foods. Yunk food is a mass-produced food that is prepared and served within few minutes. I believe that fast food is cheap, yet delicious but it is not good for health.
The negative point of aspect is that in this torrid pace of life people are working till the end of the day. They have no time to prepare traditional food at home. Ultimately, they chose an easy option of restaurants. MC Donald’s have become a ubiquitous term in every home. Nowadays, everyone used to eat Yunk food. It is very oily and lack of dietary fibers thus they are hard to digest. Moreover, regular consumption of such calories dense foods that can cause diabetes, high blood pressure and lots of obesity-related diseases.
The positive aspects of the point being that in this competitive society usually, everyone wants to save time so they prefer to order fast food from home at any online sites. People of all age groups like to eat Yunk food and they generally chose to eat whenever they enjoy special time with family like the birthday party, marriage anniversary and so on. According to my perception, No doubt it is convenient, luring, yummy and delicious but its overconsumption will be dangerous for health. People should take fast food but it should be within limits.
