Almost everyone has a daily routine. A proper time is set for every activity. At times, you may bring a bit of a change in routine. However, some people follow the repetitive routine. Like, they get up at the same time, eat the same food, read at a particular time and sleep on time. I do feel this is great. It is hard to have a sold routine and maintaining it is harder.

Though, I think a little change does not harm anyone. I do have a routine of myself. I have worked on my schedule and execute tasks accordingly. But I don’t restrict myself to follow the same routine. Let’s just say I like eating food at this particular café. However, it does not mean I won’t explore other places. I would want to see other places, try different varieties of food and explore more. It is understandable that it may be difficult for people who have a solid routine because they think they are in control.

On the contrary, I think they have limited themselves and do not diversify their experience. When a person inculcates a particular habit in him or her, it becomes difficult to move on from one habit to another. They refuse to change rather they are scared of change because they are too comfortable in their routine or specific habit. This is one thing that do not let them grow.

One has to change to adopt the change. You can follow the same routine but to a certain level. In my opinion, a little change is a must. Having a routine is the best thing. It keeps you disciplined and active. But a little switching here and there in routine is fun.
