It is an undeniable fact that most people work to earn money. However, there are certain other factors that may make people work. Some such influences are job satisfaction, enjoyment, interest in meeting other people and the sense of accomplishment.
To begin with, many people enjoy going to an office, or store, or school each day. For them, staying away from homely atmosphere, meeting other people, working in group are all interesting. It is a way of socializing for them. They like to help people solve problems, learn something, or get a service.
Furthermore, there are certain other professionals who enjoy the work they do irrespective of monetary benefits. A lot of people keep the same job because the job gives them a lot of satisfaction. Teachers are a perfect example of this category which does work selflessly and enjoy it.
